We are currently looking for a high-energy, driven Business Development & Marketing Analyst to help support our growth plans. In this business-critical role, you will be responsible for managing digital and content marketing, support lead generation, business analysis (competitor and market research). You will be working directly with the CEO in a fast-paced environment giving you ample freedom to learn and deliver independently.

Job Description

  • Support lead generation and new business opportunities to pitch our company and service and grow our customer pipeline via various channels such as cold-calling, emails and events.
  • Market research on competitors and customer needs in the space we operate in
  • Content generation for Portcast blog, linkedin, website
  • Creating sales assets (customer pitch deck, marketing collateral, product video, pricing template)
  • Support CRM setup and management
  • Support investor communications deck
  • Represent company, as required, at leading industry events and conferences

Applicant Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Marketing or similar
  • Based in Singapore and eligible to work in Singapore
  • Self driven and willing to work in a startup environment
  • Exceptional communications and interpersonal skills


We are looking for a growth marketer to drive the mid-to-long term growth and marketing strategy for Portcast. The role will be responsible for setting and implementing the marketing strategy that would lead to customer acquisition as well as being an essential partner to the companies that Portcast works with

Job Description

  • Conceptualise and execute on marketing strategies that would maximise Portcast’s reach and customer acquisition
  • Drive lead generation across multiple channels, including email, social media, referrals and partnerships.
  • Use data and insights to determine marketing decisions. Develop deep customer and market insights to embark on experiments that would achieve the highest impact with the right amount of resources
  • Work closely with cross-functional counterparts to ensure the right messaging for marketing campaigns
  • Plan and develop content marketing materials that can be used to enhance our client’s understanding of pour value proposition and products
  • Follow-up on inbound leads to nurture and convert them to customers
  • Leverage on marketing automation tools to streamline, automate and measure all marketing tasks and workflows.

Applicant Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in driving growth, marketing and customer acquisition efforts in a technology, internet and/or startup environment.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, with exposure to both small & medium size businesses would be a plus
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing with hands-on experience running end-to-end online campaigns
  • Demonstrated ability with CRM software such as Hubspot, Salesforce.
  • Data-driven and enjoys coming up with innovative ways to maximize growth, ROI and customer acquisition.
  • Eye for detail with strong communication, writing and proof-reading skills
