Job Description

  • Sound technical knowledge in vessel machinery, equipment and system
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good knowledge of vessel's classification and statutory requirements
  • Prepare dry-docking/repair specifications and monitor work progress
  • Maintain vessel allocated budget and meet operational standard as required by Management
  • Carry out internal audits, risk assessment, incident investigation and closing out report
  • Monitoring ships' performance, documentation and records
  • Liaise with charterers on technical and operational matters including vessel performance etc
  • Perform monthly review of logs processes and attend to vessel inspections
  • Undertake any other Technical related assignments as and when required
  • Execute planned maintenance system and ensure compliance

Applicant Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Good knowledge in vessel machinery, equipment and system
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good knowledge of vessel's classification and statutory requirements
  • Candidates familiar with ISM and ISPS codes preferred


Job Description

  • OVID and upload comments in OVID / CMID / MWS / Client and Vessel inspections
  • Close out observations and NCs
  • On & Offhire survey (consumables, condition, barges & vessels)
  • Send liaison contact notices & sailing instructions and prepare voyage reports
  • Process, procure and monitor requisitions & provisions
  • Follow up with suppliers on PO issuance, payment and verify invoices
  • Source quotes for appointment of OPS
  • Vessel attendance in port when required
  • Monitor and troubleshoot Novaco; email data usage, status and immarsat phone usage
  • Handover / Takeover agency; pilot bookings; arrival and departure notices, order fresh water and FO
  • Assist marketing with input and submission of tender specs
  • Liaise directly with charterer for offshore repairs
  • Prepare and submit reports (voyage reports, monthly reports, management reports) when required

Applicant Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably candidates with sailing experience (Master or Chief Officer)


This position will support the Finance department on all general matters.

Job Description

  • Distributes suppliers' invoices to individual personnel or departments in charge for verification
  • Codes all suppliers' invoices for verification by Accounts Executive
  • Processes and records all suppliers' invoices (including intercompany invoices) as accounts payable in SAP
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects in areas such as data collection, liaising and coordinating flow of information
  • Provides copies of suppliers' invoices for back charge to third parties, charterers or owners as per instructions
  • Prepares and handles local and overseas payments via cheques and telegraphic transfers
  • Communicate with suppliers on payment / invoice issues
  • Assist in general administrative support for the department (routing of mails, dispatch of documents, arranging signatories, stationary order)
  • Maintain a systematic filing system for documents
  • Coordinate department meetings and take minutes
  • Cover for receptionist (weekly during lunch and ad-hoc)
  • Any other duties assigned by Management

Applicant Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Detailed oriented and able to multi-task


The duties and responsibilities of the Crewing Executive include crew recruitment, planning, mob/demob, certification verification and any other crew matters.

Job Description

  • Sourcing for new seafarer and arranging for interview of senior officers with the respective department heads
  • Contacting ex-seafarer for redeployment
  • Checking seafarer's certificates, including arrangement for medical check-up as per Charterer's requirement
  • Checking of seafarer's certificate authenticity with the relevant authority and application for Flag State license
  • Maintaining up-to-date seafarer's personnel file and monitoring seafarer's certificates and documents expiry
  • Updating crew planning/rotation list and crew list
  • Ensure that the crew change is carried out promptly and in an effective and cost-effective manner
  • Ensuring crew appraisal assessment is being conducted, signed and filed
  • Liaise with crew agents and port agents for crew joining/repatriation, including booking of flight and visa application
  • Extension of crew's entry pass and ship's landing pass with Singapore Immigration authority
  • Declaration of immigration clearances and outward port clearance
  • Update of crew article, including sign on/off via MPA Marinet
  • Application of visa, where required
  • Updating of crew's personal records and certification in the crew management system
  • Other duties as assigned by the Crewing Manager

Applicant Requirements

  • Minimum GCE O level or marine related trade certificates
  • With 3 years' experience in crew management will be added advantage
  • Preferable working in offshore or marine related industry
  • Ability to learn fast, meticulous, and able to work overtime when required
  • Mature and able to work independently
  • Good personal relationship and integrity
  • Team player with good organisational skill
  • Proficiency with MS Office program - Word, Excel


Job Description

  • Provides leadership, planning and overall management of the QHSSE Department
  • Responsible for all QHSSE activities
  • Ensures an effective system is in place for smooth operation and the safety of all while on board the vessels
  • Responsible for the production of all reports related to non-conformances, accidents, incidents and near misses
  • In charge of the Group's safety audit
  • Ensures corrective action plans are being carried out promptly
  • Responsible for ensuring that safety systems on-board, such as safety committees, inspections/audits are in place to ensure that there are no accidents
  • Develop all QHSSE personnel within the Group to the best of their ability
  • Organize the QHSSE team to work with other departments as appropriate such as providing input into large and complex bids
  • Personally involves in all aspects of DSV activities, especially those related to QHSSE
  • Promotes and facilitates continuous improvement within the department on an individual and department basis
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Applicant Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of related working experience in the management of safety within the Maritime Industry
  • Minimum Degree in Engineering or equivalent trade certificate
  • Knowledge in the various regulatory processes and systems in QHSSE Management such as the ISO Standards and ISM Code
  • Candidate with Master Mariner with COC 1 will be an added advantage
