WHAT IT IS
The 18-month Management Associate (MA) programme consists of two parts. The first six months begins with your function/department on a curriculum that covers some of the fundamental skills you will require. Then, you will go through rotations, about 4 months each, across a variety of business and support units, offering you an unparalleled chance to gain hands-on experience to the operation and expert insight into the industry.
Berge Bulk will also align your development with business needs and train you to be a versatile leader in the ever-changing shipping climate. You will be allocated a manager mentor from your business function and a buddy to support you throughout your program.

Most importantly, the program puts motivated Associates on track for a rewarding career in the dry-bulk shipping industry.

Our candidates will also have:
- A Singapore Citizenship or Singapore PR
- A recognized University degree in these disciplines: Shipping/ Maritime, Finance & Accounting, Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering
- An excellent command of written and spoken English.
